When you bring your computer to Austin PC Solutions, diagnosis of the computer problem is always free. Labor charges will not begin until the problem(s) have been identified. You will know exactly what problems were found, what options you have, and how much the job will cost BEFORE any work is performed.
Austin PC Solutions offers two kinds of PC Computer Repair Service:
Drop-off PC service: Available 7 days a week, 9 AM to 7 PM by appointment. Call to bring your sick computer to one of our drop-off locations. Diagnosis will usually begin that same day. Rates are lower for drop-off service, and you only pay for time actually spent working on your computer. Time for virus and spyware scanning or Windows Updates is not billed to the customer. Our drop-off locations are convenient to North and Central Austin, Jollyville, Leander, Cedar Park, Plugerville, and Round Rock.
On-site PC service: Available weekdays and weekends by appointment. A technician comes to your home or office to fix your computer problems. Rates are charged by the hour for the time at your site. There is a one hour minimum for on-site service. This type of service costs more and should generally be for services that cannot be performed in the shop, such as home and small office networking, Internet Service problems, new equipment installations, etc.
